Wilfredo is one of the talents discovered by AES Dominicana through the internship program it develops in connection with several universities in the country. He started working at Itabo in 2003, and due to his excellent performance he was offered a position as Operations Assistant.

In February 2005, he applied for the position of coordinator of mechanical maintenance for fixed equipment, and once more the company believed in his talent to hold this position.

In March 2007 he was moved to the position of Supervisor of Rotating Equipment and to this date he is in that position. “In this position I have led several projects that have an impact on the availability of units such as Up-grade of unit I Mills, Installation of high efficiency seals on the Regeneration Heaters, working on RCM Projects, among others”.
